XIV Curso Internacional de la Guardia Civil

For more than fourteen years, the Civil Guard, with the collaboration of the association of Spanish Technology for Defence, Aeronautics and Space (TEDAE), has organised an International Course on Safety in which managers from different police departments of more than 25 countries take part.

This year it is planned to be held in Madrid, between the 14th and 17th November,and will deal with "International Security in its third dimension, Defence, Diplomacy and Development". The conferences will be held in Spanish and English with simultaneous translation.

In the different panels planned and that are detailed below in the programme, we hope to carry out an analysis of the main challenges and threats that the current world population is facing now, the study of different strategic approaches in countries and organisations in our environment and the solutions rehearsed for different specific cases.

Casa África's General Director, Ricardo Martínez Vázquez, will take part in the third panel titled "Crisis management", with the speech "Development and prevention of migratory flows", which will take place on Wednesday 16th November, at 09:00.

The conferences will be held at the Residencia Militar El Alcázar and will be complemented with a static and dynamic exhibition in the Civil Guard's buildings in Valdemoro.
