Uganda Pioneers Association (UPA) es una joven organización no gubernamental (ONG) cuya oficina principal se encuentra en la Zona Ochieng B, en la Municipalidad de Nansana (Uganda). Se registró en el 1989 como ONG y, desde entonces, ha ofrecido a los jóvenes oportunidades para contribuir a proyectos para la comunidad a través de trabajos de campo e intercambios de voluntariado internacional. Actualmente, opera en ocho ramas en las distintas partes del país.

Cuentan con proyectos para medio/largo plazo, así como otros a corto plazo. Entre los primeros se encuentran la construcción de hospitales, guarderías y escuelas de primaria, escuelas de secundaria, escuelas para personas con diversidad funcional, casas para niños y proyectos para la comunidad en general.
