Established in 2006, Université de Djibouti (University of Djibouti) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large city of Djibouti City (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministre de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche, Djibouti (Ministry of Higher Education and Research of Djibouti), Université de Djibouti (UD) is a coeducational Djiboutian higher education institution. Université de Djibouti (UD) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. El Festival Internacional de las Artes de Harare (HIFA) es uno de los mayores festivales internacionales de arte de África. Comenzó en 1999 por Manuel Bagorro, el festival se celebra cada año a finales de abril o principios de mayo en Harare, la capital de Zimbabwe. El festival, de una semana de duración, abarca cinco disciplinas principales: teatro, música, danza, bellas artes y poesía. Este es uno de los festivales con más tirón del África Austral y se había convertido en un punto de difusión cultural inigualable.
