Establecida oficialmente en mayo de 2006, la Agencia Oriental se creó a raíz de la Iniciativa Real para el Desarrollo de la Región Oriental, expuesta en el discurso real de Oujda del 18 de marzo de 2003.
La misión de la Agencia es proporcionar apoyo y asistencia a los agentes nacionales y locales para la ejecución de programas de desarrollo en la región oriental del Reino.

El Fondo Árabe para el Desarrollo Económico y Social (el Fondo Árabe), con sede en el Estado de Kuwait, es una institución financiera regional árabe centrada en la financiación del desarrollo económico y social mediante la financiación de proyectos de inversión públicos y privados y la concesión de subvenciones y conocimientos técnicos. Las actividades del Fondo Árabe se caracterizan por una serie de aspectos importantes que lo convierten en un modelo de cooperación e integración económica árabe, y en un reflejo de la destacada acción árabe conjunta.

Por fin en África es un blog creado y dirigido por Aurora Moreno Alcojor, licenciada en Periodismo, colaboradora con medios de comunicación como África no es un país y Mundo Negro. Su pasión por África resultó en la creación de este blog.

Como bien indica su creadora, en Por fin en África encontrará las  noticias que no aparecen en los medios de comunicación y las que inundan los periódicos. También, encontrará noticias sobre la gente que hace cosas, los que protestan, los que se mueven y los que se marchan. Es un blog que trata la inmigración, habla de los africanos en Europa y los europeos que van a África. Es un blog lleno de dudas y preguntas en el que compartir con los demás. 

Cabe destacar que el blog recibió un Premios Bitácoras 2012 por el mejor Blog Social en el Festival de Literatura Africana.
