El Banco de Desarrollo de los Estados de África Central (BDEAC), institución de financiación del desarrollo para los países de la Comunidad Económica y Monetaria de África Central (CEMAC), fue creado por el Acuerdo del 3 de diciembre de 1975. Comenzó a funcionar efectivamente el 3 de enero de 1977.

Es un blog que trata la inmigración, habla de los africanos en Europa y los europeos que van a África. Es un blog lleno de dudas y preguntas en el que compartir con los demás. 

Cabe destacar que el blog recibió un Premios Bitácoras 2012 por el mejor Blog Social en el Festival de Literatura Africana.
