Doctor en Filosofía, profesor universitario, Bamako Mali. Investigador del Centro Nacional de Investigación Científica y Tecnológica Ex ministro de Educación Nacional, ex ministro de Cultura e Investigación Científica, ex interventor general del Estado.
Nacida en Kébane, en el Cercle de Nara, en Mali, Cissé Oumou Ahmar Traoré, Encargada de Misión en el Ministerio de Promoción de la Mujer, la Infancia y la Familia, tiene una DEA en estudios de la mujer de la Universidad Paris VIII.
Ha cursado sus estudios superiores de comunicación y relaciones internacionales en Sevilla, París y Lisboa. Ha desarrollado todo tipo de proyectos culturales durante 4 años en África, en países como Túnez, Mozambique, Swazilandia, Malí y Níger.
