La Junta de Desarrollo de Ruanda (RDB) es una institución gubernamental cuyo mandato es acelerar el desarrollo económico de Ruanda permitiendo el crecimiento del sector privado.

Actualmente, los servicios clave del RDB son: Promoción de la Inversión, Desarrollo de Exportaciones y Zonas Económicas Especiales, Negociación de Acuerdos de Inversión, Turismo y Conservación, Desarrollo de Competencias y Servicios de Ventanilla Única (registro de empresas e inversiones, facilitación de visados, EIA, gestión de incentivos fiscales, etc.)
