PCNS ( Policy Center for the New South), anteriormente  OCP Policy Center, es un Think Tank marroquí que se encuentra en Rabat, Marruecos.

Su función es facilitar conocimientos y contribuir a un enriquecimiento de la economía a la vez que solucionar los problemas sobre las relaciones internacionales, ofreciendo una perspectiva sobre todo regional, y retos de estrategia global  frente a países desarrollados. Su objetivo es proveer contribuciones políticas importantes a través de cuatro programas: la Agricultura; el Medioambiente y la Seguridad de la Comida; el Desarrollo Económico y Social; la Economía y las Finanzas, y la Geopolítica y las Relaciones Internacionales.

La PCNS aspira a ser una fuente de información para la política y para la economía emergente, sobre todo para todos los inversores comprometidos con el desarrollo regional y nacional.
