El Groupe de Recherche et d'Analyse Appliquées pour le Développement (GRAAD) fue creado en 2010 por el Centro de Estudios de Documentación, Investigación Social y Económica de la Universidad Uagadugú II de Burkina Faso. Es una organización independiente sin ánimo de lucro que se centra en el asesoramiento, la formación y la investigación en los ámbitos del desarrollo sostenible y la economía verde, el empleo y el desarrollo rural y la educación. En general, el GRAAD estudia los problemas del desarrollo africano para apoyar a los responsables políticos y a otros actores en las decisiones relativas al progreso socioeconómico de los distintos países.
