Dream Africa Care Foundation es una organización no-gubernamental, sin ánimo de lucro y apolítica registrada en Ghana. Dream Africa Foundation pretende promover el bienestar general y el desarrollo de los ghaneses a través de trabajo humanitario. Inician, implementan, y mejoran programas y actividades de manera práctica y efectiva para que, en un futuro, beneficien a las comunidades que eligen para trabajar en ellas. Proveen una gran variedad de oportunidades a personas alrededor del mundo que quieren volverse parte de nuestra comunidad voluntaria en Ghana.

Dream Africa Care Foundation asiste a comunidades rurales y urbanas dándoles apoyo y servicios en áreas como la educación, la sanidad, o el medioambiente, y además puntualmente ayudan en los desastres naturales, o aquellos provocados por el hombre. Esta Fundación habilita a los voluntarios a través de la motivación y el apoyo para iniciar e implementar proyectos para comunidades con necesidades.

Por fin en África es un blog creado y dirigido por Aurora Moreno Alcojor, licenciada en Periodismo, colaboradora con medios de comunicación como África no es un país y Mundo Negro. Su pasión por África resultó en la creación de este blog.

Como bien indica su creadora, en Por fin en África encontrará las  noticias que no aparecen en los medios de comunicación y las que inundan los periódicos. También, encontrará noticias sobre la gente que hace cosas, los que protestan, los que se mueven y los que se marchan. Es un blog que trata la inmigración, habla de los africanos en Europa y los europeos que van a África. Es un blog lleno de dudas y preguntas en el que compartir con los demás. 

Cabe destacar que el blog recibió un Premios Bitácoras 2012 por el mejor Blog Social en el Festival de Literatura Africana.
