Gran Fiesta África Vive en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

In 2014 the Great Fiesta Africa Vive once again returns put an end to what has been Africa Vive in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

As in previous years, it includes activities for all ages in order to celebrate Africa Day, celebrated each year on 25th May to commemorate the creation of the African Union.

There will be workshops on interpretation, dance and percussion; storytelling for young audiences; a day for gastronomy and a concert.

Aimed at families, young people and children, the Africa Vive Festival is celebrated as the result of collaboration with different sponsors, institutions and groups who add their grain of sand so that this inter cultural experience once again becomes a reality and brings African culture closer to the capital of Gran Canaria African by the hand of its protagonists.
