Fiesta África Vive 2019 en Casa África

On 29 and 30 June, the central courtyard of Casa África is hosting the 2019 África Vive Party, the most entertaining and popular event of those that Casa África organises as part of the África Vive activities to celebrate International Africa Day (25 May).

The activities are not only taking place during May, instead the programme is expanded to include events such as the África Vive Party, the 7-a-side football tournament with the associations of African people, art exhibitions, conferences of different kinds, live music and DJ sessions, workshops for children, African cuisine where you can continue tasting the infinity of flavours from the neighbouring continent, and literature with our Reading Club and our African Letters Programme.

As in previous years, the África Vive 2019 Party is designed for all audiences, with DJ sessions, culinary activities, workshops, fashion and much more.

Plus, Canarias Viaja will once again raffle a wonderful getaway to one of their destinations. On this occasion, the lucky winner will be able to enjoy an all-inclusive 4-day/3-night break in Cape Verde, specifically on the Isla de Sal, in the Meliá Tortuga Beach 5* hotel for 2 people. Valid from 01/06/19 to 31/10/19 and from 01/03/20 to 30/06/20. The winner will be announced on 10/07/19 through social media networks.

One of the most important objectives of this celebration is to build awareness among the general public, especially the youngest, and to strengthen relations between the groups linked to Africa.
